Names, addresses, and personal information shown in product images are used purely as design examples.
They may include fictional names as well as names of real public figures used solely for illustrative purposes.
No affiliation, endorsement, or connection is implied.Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be completed at checkout before your order is processed. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. If a payment fails or is declined, the order will not be confirmed.Shipping & Delivery
Your order will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout.
Please ensure your address is complete and correct — we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect information. Processing and delivery timelines are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the order has been delivered to your address.Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you purchased as a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us via email. Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Refunds are processed once returned goods are received and inspected. Items must be returned:
- unused and in original condition
- in original packaging

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. Exchanges are not offered at this time.Liability

All stationery designs, product images, layouts, and visual content on this website are the intellectual property of The Papergoods and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.Fonts & Licensing
All fonts used in the design and production of The Papergoods stationery are properly licensed to Lisbeth Antoine for professional use. These licenses legally permit the creation and sale of printed materials.
Customers do not receive:font files (.otf, .ttf, .woff, etc.)
source files (InDesign, Illustrator, Figma, working files)
rights to the fonts used in the printed designs
Clients receive only the final printed paper goods.
The fonts used on this website are provided by Squarespace’s licensed font library.
They are separate from the fonts used in printed stationery, which appear only as static images (e.g., JPG mockups) and never as downloadable or embedded font files.Privacy & Personal Data
